INTRODUCTION
We are EXPLORATIST ADVENTURES SRL, a Romanian-based company headquartered in Bucharest, 49 Herman Oberth Street, 1st district. We are committed to protect your personal data and to respect your privacy. Exploratist collects and further processes personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
This privacy statement explains the reason for the processing of your personal data, the way we collect, handle and ensure protection of all personal data provided, how that information is used and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. 1. WHY AND HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data collected through the Contact Form. The purpose of processing your personal data collected through the contact form is replying to your inquiries relating to our products and services. The data we collect and further process is your name, your phone number, your e-mail address and the name of the company on behalf you are contacting us. Your contact details (email address, first name and last name) may also be used for further contacting you for marketing purposes (marketing of our own products and services).
Your personal data will not be used for an automated decision-making including profiling.
2. ON WHAT LEGAL GROUND(S) DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

3. WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FURTHER PROCESS?
Exploratist collects the following categories of personal data: your name, your business phone number, your business e-mail address and the name of the company you are representing in relation to us. This information is provided to us by you through the Contact Form.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Exploratist keeps your personal data for the time necessary to contact you and respond to your inquiries. However, Exploratist may use your business e-mail address to contact you with additional information relating to our products and services. Each time that happens, you are offered a possibility to unsubscribe or opt-out from being contacted with information regarding our products and services. Your data is stored for a period of one (1) year or until you ask us to delete your data.
5. HOW DO WE PROTECT AND SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order to protect your personal data, Exploratist has put in place a number of technical and organisational measures. Technical measures include appropriate actions to address online security, risk of data loss, alteration of data or unauthorised access, taking into consideration the risk presented by the processing and the nature of the personal data being processed. Organisational measures include restricting access to the personal data solely to authorized persons with a legitimate need to know for the purposes of the processing operations.
The security of your personal data is important to us but keep in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND TO WHOM IS IT DISCLOSED?
Access to your personal data is provided to Exploratist staff according to the “need to know” principle. Such staff abide by statutory, and when required, additional confidentiality agreements. The information we collect will not be given to any third party, except to the extent and for the purpose we may be required to do so by law.

The right to be informed:
You have the right to be informed about how Exploratist collects and use your personal data. For this purpose, this Privacy Policy is published and periodically updated.

You have the right to know exactly what information we collect, how we’re storing and processing that data, and what they’re going to do with it.
The right to rectification (correction):
You have the right to have incomplete data completed and incorrect data corrected.
The right to erasure and to restrict processing
You have the right to have personal data permanently deleted. This is also known as the “right to be forgotten.” In case you exercise this right and contact us, Exploratist will simply delete all your data. This doesn’t apply if the processing of data that’s subject to an erasure request is necessary to comply with Exploratist legal obligations. In such a case, you can still ask for a restriction of data processing by Exploratist.
The right to data portability
You have the right to obtain and reuse their personal data for your own purposes across different services. You can request that Exploratist send your personal data files electronically to third parties.
The right to object
