Context

After 20 years of innovation, in which you have defined the world of cyber security on several continents, how can you fully show your gratitude to the people who helped you fulfil your mission?

We welcomed the challenge with enthusiasm and open arms: to bring to life an authentic virtual event, in which the employees are brought into the spotlight. Moreover, let’s look at the infinite potential of the next 20 years.

The company operates in the IT&C industry, and it is part of the top 3 important players at a national level.

Solution

There are so many moments and successes to celebrate in 20 years – both at the company level, as well as at a team and individual level. We wanted each member of the team to feel that they are part of something that really matters and has a real meaning. Also, we wanted to “embark” the team towards a future of development.

That is why the map of the event started from three directions:

• Storytelling – rediscovering the company and the people who have brought it so far;
• Emotions – celebrating the connection between the 1700 employees, of belonging and the pride of being part of the team;
• Originality – represented by the format of the event and the visual concept.

We chose innovative elements that encourage the audience to visualize the global footprint of the company, as well as the way it operates, from objectives and tactics to milestones and key values.

The event, held in the form of an atypical dialogue, moderated by an actor simultaneously with a virtual AI voice created by another backstage moderator, took place in a virtual command centre. Going through the Past-Present-Future axis, there were moments of recognition, live speeches, as well as entertainment episodes.

All this was possible thanks to our event online platform, designed for virtual mega-events. Everything took place under the form of a 3D video production, with the latest technology, in a full green screen studio.

This approach allowed a mix of screens and teleportation effects of the moderators and the band – that completed the experience with personalized songs for those awarded for the effort and involvement that they brought to the company for years in a row.
