Each online award & recognition event needs to be collectively celebrated. Without the colleagues in whose presence the professional merits and triumphs of the members with the highest performance level are recognised, the results are nothing but some numbers in a table.
However, if they are celebrated with other colleagues, these results morph into motivation and inspiration for the entire company.
The challenge that we accepted was to create an online premiere event, keeping the same festive atmosphere that forms at a gala that is being held in a physical location. We created an elegant setting and a dynamic event flow for our client, the most valuable brand in the insurance industry worldwide.
An online award event, held during an afternoon, centred around the valuable people from the company. Their individual results were recognised and validated in public, in the attention of all colleagues.
The premiere begun in a festive manner, with a welcoming of the guests on a piano sound background, after which the two moderators – professional actors – broke the ice. The two were chosen for their remarkable improvisation skills to ensure humour and good mood during the event.
The start of the event was announced by the CEO of the company himself, after which was a panel discussion with board members, followed by an awarding ceremony for each division.
The awarded employees were gifted a personalised musical gift that brought them to tears. Having had information about the private, as well as their professional life, collected prior to the event, the Triton Band composed and played for each first-place winner a representative song.
Even though it took place in the online world, the event gave the participants unique interactive experiences, suspense when the winners were about to be announced and plenty of emotion.
The relaxation of the participants was ensured by the actors from the band Recul, who delivered a musical improvisation show.
Finally, the CEO of the organization reminded the participants that in unstable times it is necessary to change the perspective and activate new territories. Freedom belongs to those who have the courage to exceed their limits and move on to the next level. To be a Game Changer!
