Building the future through resilience

Context

What can the future of a cybersecurity company that embraces resilience everyday look like? How are the priorities of 2022 seen – the market trends or the new products and business directions in the redefined context caused by the pandemic?

Our client wanted a unique environment in which emotion followed suit to the presented information. Due to the fact that it was the company’s fourth global event since the beginning of the pandemic and organising it in a 100% digital format, Exploratist decided to raise the bar higher.

The company is part of the IT&C industry and is one of the top 3 players on the market, at a national level.

Solution

Under the concept of “Elevate – Built for Resilience”, the online conference teleported its participants into a future built on resilience and innovation.

The virtual scenography surprised the 500 members of the international team through the decor that was inspired from spatial elements. This decor was showcased through a virtual 3D video production, with the latest generation technology in a full green screen studio. This approach allowed an interlacing and a mix between screens, as well as teleportation effects of the moderators and music band, which were all part of the event’s agenda.

Besides the presentation of the strategy plans, the business component also contained Q&A sessions and during the 2 days there were over 30 questions in Exploratist’s online events platform, Digital Stage. The quiz available on the platform had a high engagement rate – 200 participants out of the event’s total of 500.

In such an inspiring setting, the business dialogue was followed by a premiere ceremony with special moments, created from scratch for employees that were virtually congratulated.

During the 2 days, the participants were photographed in a virtual photo-booth.

The climax was at the end of the event, and it was exclusively about people, about the celebration of each work colleague and, at the same time, of the entire team, physically present in different corners of the world, but together on the virtual platform.

Thus, a band created and performed songs with personalized lyrics, inspired by the organizational culture.

All 500 hearts were beating simultaneously when they were gifted a song dedicated to the team, with lyrics about them and for them. Emotions ran high especially when the band performed the song and on the main screen there were showcased pictures of the participants which had been taken from the photo-booth and put together. A strong symbol with an even stronger message – they are the core of the organisation, and they contribute with the best they have to ensure its success and performance level.
