Our client, a company from the United Kingdom is a strategic partner of Microsoft and handles for the huge IT company the relations with around 1000 partners.
The company developed a very close relation with 200 out of those partners. At the end of the year 2021, the “Elevate. Next level thinking” conference was about to take place, the company’s top event with the 200 strategic partners.
A 100% international event in a hybrid format, managed by our completely remote team from Romania. It was awarded in Great Britain, with GOLD, at the CRN Sales Marketing Awards 2022, in the “Distributor – Best event – online / in-person / hybrid” category.
The format was to be unconventional. After almost two years of telework, “Elevate. Next level thinking!” could not be another online conference. With our experience and the client’s courage, we managed to have a disruptive event, full of interaction, from which the participants were left with know-how and insights about the IT industry.
We followed an interview-type format, moderated by an MC who was present in a studio in Romania. He interacted with renowned speakers from the industry who connected from different locations in Great Britain and created engagement with the participants, present on our online event platform, Digital Stage.
We focused on creating an innovative graphic concept from a UX point of view. Thus, the interface of our event platform took the audience on a virtual journey starting from the lobby area, the conference room – where the live streaming took place or the exhibition space in which the participants could interact – through a private video session with representatives of exhibiting companies. Also, at each separate stand, there were resources available, such as video materials or presentations with information about the products and services of the partners present at the exhibition.
This event was organised only for international partners and vendors of the IT industry, and in the implementation team we also had our client’s marketing agency, which focused on the content creation process. Our team was responsible with facilitating and providing the concept on the event platform from the point of view of technology, design, online interaction tools between participants.
