Live from the catwalk: Best of all worlds

Context

At a time when the end of the pandemic is still uncertain, the transition from “work from home” to “work from anywhere” challenges us to reinvent our lifestyle and work.

The year 2022 comes with new premises, both personally and professionally. Each solution and choice will lay the foundations of the “new normal”.

If in 2020-2021 the team learned the lessons of agility and flexibility, in 2022 the focus will be on capitalizing on these lessons. The goal: make the strengths shine more than ever. The client wants an unconventional event, where the communication takes place beyond hierarchies – in a warm, inspirational, and informal environment.

The company operates in the beauty industry and is part of the top 5 important players at a national level.

Solution

In order to respond to a challenging brief – which required an approach based on harmony, balance, relationship and trust in everyone’s abilities – Exploratist came up with a set-up and a television format, which would highlight the organizational culture of the company: transparency, collaboration, focus on teams and performance.

The casual set-up allowed a natural debate of the most important business topics, encouraging dialogue and audience participation. The key message was focused on the belief that the future is the result of ambition and joint efforts.

These elements were interpreted and integrated visually, on a white background with golden accents. The configuration of the scenography, the presence of mirrors and the huge LED screen expressed simplicity, naturalness and elegance.

The talk show was moderated by a TV host and it emphasized the idea of a live television show. The live interventions from the studio were simultaneous with dynamic video productions, real TV reports, through which achievements and future plans were revealed to the participants.

The evening continued with the awards ceremony for colleagues who distinguished themselves by their attitude and results during the past year. The champagne was opened on set, but also at home, where the participants received a dedicated kit. With saxophone vibes and everyone’s applause, the 63 winners received congratulations and wishes from the members of the management team.

The online chat section of the event’s streaming platform proved to be insufficient for the more than 1000 messages exchanged between participants during the event.

In fact, instead of conclusions, we’ll let the numbers do the talking:
• 1153 chat messages;
• 400 participants;
• 65 awarded colleagues;
• 400 views during the live broadcast;
• 50 people – the complete project team;

Implementation in record time, in the first week of January 2022.
